Step 2)   To use HFVE you must first AGREE to these Terms and Conditions :-

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the www.hfve.com website as well as any other website, media form, media channel, mobile channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site") and said Terms and Conditions are an agreement between HFVE Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", or "your").

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The Site is owned and operated by HFVE Ltd.  HFVE Ltd is the data controller and can be contacted by email at info@hfve.com.

• You must only use the Site in ways that do not infringe HFVE Ltd's intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy or adapt the Site's software.
• You must only use the Site for the purpose of administering permitted HFVE software processing.
• You will not use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You acknowledge that we can change or remove content at any time without notice.
• You authorize us to attempt to process into audio and/or tactile effects any images or other media that you upload to the Site.
• You acknowledge that we will typically close your Site login session after one hour, or after ten minutes without user input, whichever is earlier.
• You will not upload images or other media for which you do not own the copyright, or which infringe on any proprietary rights of any third party, including copyright, patent, trademark, or other rights.
• You will not upload images or other materials that are illegal, indecent, pornographic, offensive, obscene, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
• You agree to any personal data or images that you upload being stored by us for the duration of your Site login session.  (Your uploaded data and images will normally be deleted at the end of your session.)
• You acknowledge that the Internet can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarentee the security of your data beyond what is reasonably practical.
• You agree that a Site virtual machine / remote desktop session may be terminated at any time.
• You must make sure that the way you use the Site does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code, or other forms of interference which can damage your computer system.
• You agree that we are not responsible for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or computer system that might happen when you use the Site.
• When using the Site, you must not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• You must not try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it.
• You must not attack the Site in any way.  This includes denial-of-service attacks.
• You agree that if any of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Terms and Conditions will still apply.
• You agree to check these Terms and Conditions regularly.  We can update them at any time without notice. You will agree to any changes if you continue to use the Site after the Terms and Conditions have been updated.
• You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree that by clicking 'I agree to these Terms and Conditions, please continue' you are indicating that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
